The Inner Peace Retrea tis open to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will be geared towards beginning to intermediate practitioners, but all are welcome! Regardless of how long you have been practicing yoga, classes will be tailored to fit your body and yourindividual needs. Kick-start and deepen your yoga practice and leave the retreat with enough knowledge and experience to practice yoga and meditation on your own. During the retreat you will bring stillness to your mind with traditional daily fire ceremonies (Agni Hotra) for peace & healing, silent meditation, & vibrational sound healing. You will cleanse, heal & strengthen your body with locally sourced fresh juices, vegetarian food & daily yoga classes.
