Women are rising today to claim power that was withheld from us for centuries.
Formerly denied the right to even speak our truths, today we’ve achieved rights in the outer world that our great grandmothers (and women in certain parts of the world, even today) could only dream of.
Yet while our legal rights have increased, the psychological and emotional permission to truly claim them has lagged. The permission to embody all aspects of female power is sometimes withheld by others, but just as often by ourselves. That is what is changing now.
The significance of this time is not just that we can throw off external chains that have bound us, but that we are ready to throw off internal ones as well. Those chains — often internalized forms of oppression inherited from childhood and from ancient conditioning — are sliding off today as women realize, on the deepest level, who we are and why we are here.
On August 17-19, either live in Los Angeles or via livestream, join Marianne Williamson for a powerful weekend of women rising.
From our yearning-and-yet-fear of love, to our yearning-and-yet-fear of power, to our yearning-and-yet-fear of the work that is yet to be done, let’s dig deep and rise high … together.
You will look at love, and stare down the fear. You will look at power, and stare down the fear. And together all will rise to the highest possibilities, for ourselves and for the world.
All registrants, both live and livestream, will have permanent access to the video replays of the weekend event.
If you have any questions about the event, please contact customer service here.
As with all Marianne’s produced events, scholarships and partial scholarships are available for those who wish to attend and need financial assistance. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you.
