Immerse yourself in a transformative musical voyage with Jeffrey Alphonsus Mooney & Stephen Kent and be transported to a deeply rejuvenating state of mind. Tibetan bowls, bells, didgeridoos, percussion and other instruments of resonance create a sonic tapestry to uplift the spirit and Jeffrey will guide the group in vocal toning. It's a wonderful way to start, or end, the day! ( a pillow, blindfold is sometimes helpful.) May music unify our spirit and soothe our soul!
