PanGaia is honored to be part of this special event in association with Petaluma Arts Center's new exhibit focused on Sonoma Wildfires remembrance and renewal. We invite you to join us for this benefit event.
Acknowledging the grief that still lives in our community after the tragic October 2017 fires, PanGaia will create a container to allow these emotions to be honored in this collective space. Through poetry, sound healing and audience participation, PanGaia will create the opportunity for this grief to be a catalyst for deeper community connection.
The performance features bilingual spoken word poet Joaquin Lopez, invoking Earth - reconnecting us with our origins; René Jenkins, masterful sound healer and indigenous instrumentalist; singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Tami Gosnell; with renowned musician and drum circle facilitator, Kim Atkinson, weaving his Pulsewave percussion style.
Tickets: $15 donation at the door.
