The first initiation is an intensive spiritual weekend held at a beautiful resort on sacred land in Middletown, Northern California - about 2 hours north of San Francisco.

What is taught in the course?
At the retreat one is taught the 18 Kriya Hatha Yoga postures – asanas, which make the life force - prana - moving in the body; the powerful breathing technique consisting of 6 phases known as Kriya Kundalini Pranayama, which regulates the subtle vital energies and awakens the universal life energy; plus the 7 techniques of meditation to master the mind, awareness and intuition, and many more ancient hidden secrets.

Any prerequisites to attend?
No, but we do recommend that you complete The Art of Conscious Change and/or have some prior awareness-based practice such as mindfulness, vipassana, or meditation experience to be best prepared.
