I’m sending this with thoughts of well-being to you and yours. I’d like to take a moment to let you know about an amazing program that my friend and colleague L. Rebecca Connell, LCSW is offering.
Reba created A Free Orientation to a 9-month program called Nourish Your Mood: Mindful Eating with the Brain in Mind.
During the Free Orientation, Reba will offer you some mindfulness practices and teach you how to attend to possible connections between food and mood in your own life.
Additionally, Reba will offer information on a 9-month program that begins October 27, 2019.
Reba's intention is to serve you in enhancing your awareness of any experiences you may be having with mood, pain, energy, sleep, focus, and sex drive.
The 9-month course offers mindful tips on how to change your relationship with these uncomfortable experiences, through mindfulness practices and foods you may choose to try.
This program is based on Reba's deep study of three sacred streams:
1. Mindfulness and self-compassion,
2. Nutrition mental health and the amazing science about how food can
improve brain health, and
3. Body love and body acceptance.
Reba is passionate about letting people know how we can be more loving and well in our own bodies.
