When we allow our mind and body to relax, we create space to our inner wisdom. We start noticing the signals our body is constantly offering to us. This state of deep listening builds our capacity to be fully present in our lives and enhances the trust to our inner wisdom.
Join us on this safe space and local community to improve and rediscover your body/mind/spirit connection. We will allow the elements – Earth (November 16), Fire (January 25), Water (February 22), Air (March 21) and Either (April 4) – to support our inner journey.
- Earth element will support our connection with others, lifts us up from laziness and brings us to our center.
- Fire element will awaken our joy, creativity and vitality.
- Water element will bring ease and flow into our lives and helps us to understand who we truly are.
- Air element helps us to move on, transform and feel fresh
- Either element helps us to understand that life is full of ultimate possibilities
The workshop will include any combination of breathing and vocal exercises, gentle movement, chanting, deep listening, somatic meditation, guided meditation and variety of simple self care practices to empower our connection within. We finish the day with super relaxing 40 minute gentle sound bath. Come for the experience and/or to learn practices that are simple to do at home.
Bring water bottle and eye pillow (or something to cover your eyes) to keep you comfortable.
Each class can be taken separately. Beginners are welcome! Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for timely start.
Minna Sivola is a certified sound practitioner. Her approach to sound healing is gentle and subtle. The main focus is to expand the body/mind awareness and foster deep relaxation. In her classes, Minna merges proven sound healing protocols, intuition, deep listening, guided imagery, mindfulness, meditation, sacred geometry, mantra and chanting. Typical experiences in the sound healing classes are stress release, improved mental clarity and focus, release of physical and/or emotional anxiety, relief for sleeping issues and restoration of inner balance and harmony.
