Each Monthly Bliss Reset is open and accessible to newcomers and will also build upon the previous month’s practices. You will leave feeling completely restored and rejuvenated along with a few necessary tools that will help you carry your bliss with you into life.
Please Note: Due to the power and healing potential of this work, attendance is NOT suitable for anyone who has had an organ transplant or is in their first trimester of pregnancy. Those in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy are highly encouraged and welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, and comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats are available for rent for $5 at the studio, you are welcome to call ahead and reserve a mat if you do not own one.
Meredith A Hart, MS, ERYT500, CIAYT, LMT, SME, YACEP is an avid student, practitioner and teacher of consciousness, embodiment, and holistic medicine with focused attention on these subjects since 1997.
She holds several degrees and certifications including four Yoga Teacher Certifications (three 200 hour and one 700 hour), a Yoga Therapist Certification, a Japa Meditation Teacher Certification, a BA in Transpersonal Psychology with an Emphasis in Yoga Therapy & Somatics, a Postgraduate Certificate in Western Herbalism, and an MS in Classical Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine. Meredith is heavily informed by the Svaroopa® Yoga system, where she has over 2000 hours of training.
