Her sessions foster a relaxing, calm and inviting space which allows for a turning inwards to feel the benefits of stillness. Kristen guides you towards an understanding and appreciation of your own mind and body, often leaving you with a greater sense of focus, clarity and peace and wellbeing. Kristen uses a combination of instruments, including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Alchemic Singing Bowls, Gongs, Freenotes, Balinese Bells, Drums, Chimes and her voice.
