Due to Governor Jay Inslee’s Mandates it looks iffy that it would be allowable to have more than 50 people at a gathering at the end of June. As a result we have reluctantly canceled our 2020 Congress at Skalitude Retreat Center. Instead we are planning on having an on-line webinar this fall, either the weekend before or after the Fall Equinox.
The Fairy Congress 2020 webinar weekend will be a live and pre-recorded event with all workshops, meditations, visioning sessions and fairy journeys recorded and available to stream after the event. The blessing of this unusual global circumstance is that we will be able to reach through the veil of physical distance to many more people and in many more countries online than we could have through our usual modus operandi. If we can’t bring the world to the Fairy & Human Relations Congress, we will bring the Congress to the world!
The Fairy & Human Relations Congress is an annual event held in the Methow Valley in Washington State. The Congress is dedicated to Promoting Communication and Co-Creation with Nature Spirits, Fairies, Devas and Sidhe.
Why is it called a Congress? A Congress is defined as ‘A formal meeting of representatives from different organizations or countries at which ideas are discussed and information is exchanged’. It can also more simply be ‘the act of coming together and meeting’. This is the heart of what the Fairy Congress is about – coming together with our subtle allies to join forces, to learn how we can work together in healing and regenerating the Earth.
The Fairy Congress has proven to be a vanguard event for bridging the dimensions. We are mainly an educational event, however, in the fairy spirit, we also have lots of fun with music, dancing, singing, and a colorful costume parade. We also have meditations and ceremonies throughout the weekend that focus specifically on communing and healing with the fairy realm.
We have had many highly esteemed presenters over the years, including David Spangler and Dorothy Maclean of Findhorn, Peter Tompkins (author of Secret Life of Plants and Secret Life of Nature), RJ Stewart, Orion Foxwood, Caitlin Matthews and Robert Moss.
Each year we have a theme that is determined in coordination with our Fairy and Devic partners. This year’s theme is: Alliances for Earth Regeneration
We have been focusing on Union between the realms for several years, now we are shifting our focus to the goal of working together in Earth Repair and Regeneration. In 2018 the theme was ‘Strengthening the Web of Connection between the Realms: Imagine what we can do together’, now we are not just imagining what we can do together but actually coming together to do the work. Working as a team is always more effective, joyful and fun than working alone. (see all the past themes here)
The title of the recently released documentary is ‘Do You Believe in Magic?’ – our answer is, we don’t just believe in magic, we ARE Magic, and we choose to live that truth in grounded presence.
