ECOPOLITAN SKIN CLINIC COVID Safety Protocol

1. Non-Contact Temperature Check upon Arrival.
2. Clients arrive - all clients must wear a face mask. Please sanitize or wash hands and come in and check in with the coordinator. Please bring your own sanitizer and your own face mask.
3. Clients receive a clipboard and intake form and are directed by the coordinator to a waiting area at a minimum of 6 feet away from other patients. This will be either in the waiting area if space allows, or in the hallway, or outside the building, or in the client's car. If outside the building then the coordinator will text the client when the doctor is ready to see them.
4. The doctor and coordinator will sanitize surfaces as needed between patients as well as wearing protective equipment.
