Stacy and Cassiopeia will be your guides (live, in-person!) on an immersive journey of yoga and sound. Warm your body up with a gentle TriYoga® flow, connecting your movement to your breath. Then we will drop into a deep meditative state and restore as our deep relaxation postures calm the mind and nervous system.
The healing sounds of gong & crystal singing bowls will soothe you, raise your level of consciousness and carry you deeper into your practice. By combining these two modalities, you will enjoy the opportunity to turn inward, focus on breath and inner stillness while allowing the waves of sound to wash over you, harmonizing body, mind and spirit.

Please bring a pillow. Please also bring yoga blocks and a strap if you have them. (If you don’t have them, you are still welcome to join).
