THIS YEAR THERE IS LOT'S MORE SHADE!
This year's event will include more shade than ever before. We are shading the main meadow in front of the main stage. We've taken great care to make sure that it won't obstruct anyone's view. Same great seated area only shaded.
The Kate Wolf Music Festival first started in 1996 as a one day Retrospective, at Caswell Vineyards, near the town of Occidental, in western Sonoma County. In 2001 the move to Black Oak Ranch, just north of Laytonville, was made. 2018 will mark the 23rd Festival.
The annual Kate Wolf Music Festival is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a great weekend with friends, family and lovers of fabulous music. Black Oak Ranch, the Mendocino home to the Hog Farm and Camp Winnarainbow-a circus camp for kids, is three hours north of San Francisco and two hours south of Arcata.
